How many portable restrooms do I need for my special event?

A common rule of thumb recommends allocating 2 portable toilets per 100 guests for a 4-hour event, and increasing this to 4 portable toilets per 100 guests for events exceeding 4 hours. However, it’s important to note that actual requirements may vary depending on factors such as the availability of food and drinks.

For every 4 portable restrooms add 1 wheelchair accessible restroom and 1 handwash station.
